Read about our approach

No hidden rankings

EuKreate doesn’t score neighbourhoods or declare a “best” home or agent. Homes are listed by plain rules you can see, such as price or newest, and you weigh them on the factors that matter to you.

No invented market data

Listing data carries a home’s current price, not its price last month, so past markets cannot be reconstructed from it. We record each area once a day and show movement once there are two real measurements to compare; until then the page says when measurement began.

No guessing about listing status

The listing data we receive reports one status, so we have no way to know whether a home is under contract. Inferring it from a listing disappearing would be a guess presented as a statistic.

Sold data used only where permitted

Comparable sales may support the research of somebody selling their own home without becoming a public sold-home browsing experience, a different data product under a different agreement.

Research, not professional advice

Nothing here replaces an appraisal, a loan estimate, an inspection, a title search or a contract.

Your research stays yours.

Looking at homes shouldn’t automatically turn you into a sales lead. You choose what to save, share, or send to a professional.

Questions people ask

What is EuKreate Homes?
EuKreate Homes is AI property research for home buyers, sellers and anyone reading a market. You ask about a home, a neighborhood or a market, and the answer shows the source and date of each key figure and the assumptions behind each estimate.
Where does EuKreate Homes get its data?
From county and public records, listing data, comparable sales, daily market snapshots, school data (U.S. Census district boundaries, attendance zones and SchoolDigger ratings), FEMA flood maps and other hazard ratings, crime data, access scores and nearby places, and the assumptions you give it. Where a figure is not available, it says so rather than guessing.
Do I need to sign in?
No, to research. Market pages and searching homes with the Homes Advisor work without an account; a guest's conversation stays in their browser, within a daily limit. Signing in, with a code we email you, saves homes and conversations to your research. Valuing a home you own always takes a sign-in and your confirmation that the home is yours or that its owner authorized you: one home per account, checked against the owner on public record, with your own figures kept for you alone.
Does EuKreate Homes rank homes or neighborhoods?
No. It does not score neighborhoods or declare a best home or agent. Homes are listed by plain rules such as price or newest, and you weigh them on the factors you choose.
Is my research shared with real estate agents?
No, not unless you choose to share it. Nothing crosses to a professional automatically. The sharing center shows what you shared, with whom and when, and lets you withdraw what can be withdrawn; withdrawing cannot erase what a recipient already received.
Is an answer from EuKreate Homes professional advice?
No. Answers are estimates from public records, listing data and comparable sales. They do not replace an appraisal, a loan estimate, an inspection, a title search or a contract.
